At the beginning of the research, Luo Tianyi himself pondered for several days in the workshop of the upstream grinding plant, explored the irregular spiral structure and the wavy inner streamer 3D printing blank, made the first few qualified products, and then he began to write a work manual that was accurate to the second and strength, distributed to the master on the grinding production line, training - trial production, and conquered the key front-end node of the blank polishing to polishing.

But polishing is only one of the production links. Back at the production plant, more detailed assembly line operations need to be handled. After polishing, the inner streamer should go through a series of assembly process processes such as surface roughing, dust removal, preheating, coating, baking and so on.
The production team uses its own concentrated combustion gas stove production line to subtract and add to the production of the inner streamer. Partially transform the fully automated production line into a semi-automated production line, dismantle the mechanical components, which is subtraction; and then install the special components such as manual roughing and manual coating bracket transformation on the assembly line node, which is addition. These two manually completed nodes not only require the disassembly and installation of hardware, but also need to pass the trial production, write the process manual, and then a series of actions such as on-the-job training. In the end, the assembly line was successfully put into operation and reached the level of industrial mass production.
Nandu reporter learned that the finished product of the streamer in the torch requires a silk flowing texture, nano-scale ceramic coating thickness, and can withstand 800-1000 degrees of high temperature for 5-10 minutes.
