According to the famous Italian journalist Skira, Conte asked Tottenham to sign Verona player Antonin Ballack.
The 27-year-old Ballack is an attacking midfielder with excellent set-piece footwork. He joined Udinese in 2017 to start a Serie A campaign, then was loaned to Lecce and Verona, where he was bought out by Verona for 6 million euros last summer. Barack made 19 Serie A appearances this season, scoring eight goals and assisting four times. Barak is also the Czech Republic international, scoring eight goals in 28 appearances for the national team.
Skila revealed that Tottenham boss Antonio Antonio Conte has always wanted the club to reinforce in the winter and asked Tottenham to sign Ballack. Verona is currently asking for €20 million for Barack, while Serie A powerhouse Atalanta is also interested in Ballack.
