Blue Horse Sports Alert: With the FIMA Quad European Championship in Budapest, another race takes place in Kronenberg, a small town in the southern Dutch province of Limburg. This is the first time in dutch history that the World Championships in a two-wheeled carriage have been held.
Although the Dutch double riders have won world championships in the past and Dutch rider Stan van Eijk is a household name, the 2021 homegrown event is their best chance to compete for the highest honor in front of dutch spectators. This time, however, it was Hungary's turn to win the medal.
Hungarian driver Martin H lle has twice reached the podium, winning both individual and team titles. The group also won by Holler's compatriot József Dobrovitz Jr. and Gy rgy Fekete Jr. French driver Franck Grimonprez finished second in the individual and German driver Anna Sandmann finished third.
