At the invitation of Tencent's public welfare "Echo Plan", Yi Qian revisited and witnessed the effect of the "Lighting Up the Bright Homes in the Countryside" and "One School, One Dream" public welfare projects on Tencent's public welfare platform to leverage greater public welfare forces to help rural revitalization with a small fulcrum.
