The "5G New Reading" creation and development plan takes "new era, new platform, new track" as the main purpose, and sets up three main tracks of "new story", "new knowledge" and "new experience", through bringing together the majority of netizens and institutions to create a number of high-quality works, to achieve the innovation of reading content, scenes and applications in the 5G era, and invite well-known writers to create a quality course that can be communicated and interacted with by famous teachers.
