The hotel is also specially equipped with professional robots for killing, information consultation and daily necessities distribution, and strictly implements the "one guest, one consumption" system.

In terms of peripheral service guarantee, Zhang Wenjing, director of the Comprehensive Department of the Winter Olympics in Yanqing Competition Area, introduced that medical and health security and transportation services are fully ready. In terms of command and dispatch, the professional support team of 1,400 people in the stadium and urban water, electricity and heat has been completed, and the urban operation and epidemic prevention and control work can achieve integrated command and dispatch.

In terms of medical treatment, the Winter Olympic Medical Security Center is managed according to the closed-loop management mechanism of "two types of people" (patients with symptoms related to infectious diseases such as fever and non-fever patients) (square cabin area, emergency area, outpatient area, and inpatient area), and the number of support personnel will be increased to 108 from February 3. In addition, the district has also set up 4 Olympic-related isolation points, reserve 162 rooms, and the medical emergency transfer work of the Olympic-related points is uniformly dispatched by the Beijing 120 Emergency Center.

In terms of transportation, Yanqing Division officially provides time transportation services from January 21. As a non-competition venue in Yanqing, Hanquan Comprehensive Service Center can integrate the Yanqing traffic command platform with the traffic command platform of the competition area to achieve a traffic command team, a set of traffic command system, a traffic operation streamline map and a traffic operation timetable.

Zhang Wenjing said that at present, the 260 support vehicles of the Operation Team of Yanqing Division have all been in place, and the low-temperature operation of hydrogen-powered vehicles in the Haituoshan Support Route is good.
