Jiwei Network News On January 26, the official website of the Meta-Universe Industry Committee of the China Mobile Communications Federation announced the third batch of 14 members (including individuals), of which three A-share listed companies of Shanshui Bid, Tolls and ST Longyun were selected for the list.

It is reported that the China Mobile Communications Federation is the only national social group in the field of mobile communications in China, and the Meta-Universe Industry Commission was approved to be established on October 15, 2021, which is the first approved meta-universe industry organization in China, and is committed to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the meta-universe industry. At present, there are a total of 95 members of the Meta-Universe Industry Committee, including 18 A-share companies.

In fact, at the 2021 China Mobile Global Partner Conference held in November last year, the company revealed a part of the layout in the meta-universe field.

China Mobile announced at the 2021 China Mobile Global Partner Conference that its subsidiary Migu has explored and tried on the road of the metaverse, and has gradually outlined the MIGU evolution roadmap of the metacosm.

Liu Xin, general manager of China Mobile Migu Company, said that according to the meta-universe evolution roadmap, Migu will continue to focus on the five directions of ultra-high-definition video, video CRBT, cloud game, cloud VR, and cloud AR, and invest more resources to continue to deepen the four major areas of "5G+MSC", "5G+video CRBT", "5G+cloud game" and "5G+XR", further enhance the overall development level of the industry, and enlarge the 5G+ featured application industry cake.

In addition, in order to better build an open and cooperative VR industry ecosystem and break the bottleneck in the development of the VR field, China Mobile has released three major cooperation plans for cloud VR content, terminals and marketing. (Proofreading/GY)
