Initially, however, only black and white models were available, and other colors are not expected to be delivered until May.
It is also reported that tesla model Y and Model 3 cars made in Germany will use upgraded batteries with higher energy density, so the vehicle has a longer range. Additional processors for multimedia systems will use AMD Ryzen chips instead of the old Intel Atom chips.
In addition to the German factory, Tesla's new plant in Texas will also start delivering new cars in March, but due to the impact of the 4680 battery that is difficult to mass-produce, it is expected that the new car made in Texas will still use the old 2170 battery.
After Tesla's German factory starts delivering cars, the biggest impact will be the Chinese market, because most of the vehicles produced by the Shanghai plant are exported to Europe. Tesla is not even afraid to offend Chinese consumers and make them bear a longer wait time.
