Qingwei | the charm of life of "bamboo and flowers"

Artist Fei Yuqing is singing gently: "Tomorrow there may be rain and wind, and there are rainbows in our eyes; life is like a big dream, why not smile and see the bright moon and breeze?" ”

Hanging in my living room is a posthumous painting by Mr. Gao Xiaoyan, the late famous calligrapher of the island city. It is a couplet written with its highly recognizable "Koiwa calligraphy", "Takeri quietly dissipates nothing, and Hanama makes up for the unfinished book". This is the work of a calligrapher in his old age, which is particularly precious. Mr. Li has been diligent all his life, his pen has been working tirelessly, his life has not stopped, and he has been writing until the candle of life is extinguished. It can be said that "the Si people have taken the Yellow Crane and left the ink treasure in the human world."

Sitting quietly in the living room, I often look up to admire this work, and use my eyes and fingers to "copy" the vigorous strokes in the air, with endless charm and self-enjoyment. It is reported that the content of this couplet was first seen in the living room of the home of Admiral Chen Jiliang of the Fuzhou family during the Republic of China period, and the couplet was engraved on both sides of the forehead under the forehead of the "retreat place" hanging high. Subsequently, successive generations of calligraphers wrote this association.

Perhaps it is the charm of life contained in this association that is commendable; perhaps it is the atmosphere of leisure created by the "Bamboo Flower Room" that is intoxicating. Every time I looked at it, my reverie was like inserting wings and rising. I seem to see a serene master, among the lush bamboo forests and the rich flowers, setting up stone tables and stone benches, setting up fine fruits and vegetables, brewing a pot of tea, pouring a cup of qiong pulp, tea and wine, fragrant flowers, birds and cicadas singing frogs intoxicated in the heart. The master may deliberate lightly or calmly concentrate or comprehend the spirit or sigh and groan... Quietly dissipating the "blessing of nothing", carefully reading the "unfinished book". There is a lot of leisure and self-sufficiency like the gardener Qiu Weng in the "Wonders of The Ancient and Modern".

What is "nothing to be blessed"? If you can make a rough list, it should be basically: no worries about food and clothing, no disease, no internal and external debts, contentment and no desire, no pressure in the workplace, no disputes in the family, no emotional troubles, daytime life, no knocking on the door at night, high church health, children are unharmed, children are filial piety, harmony is full of halls... What an enviable and desirable "happy and harmonious blessing"! Such a perfect state of life, today's people can fully "meet the standard" and maintain a long time, I am afraid that there are few like the morning star. It is certainly not easy to find this true, complete, comprehensive, and permanent "blessing of nothingness." Who dares to assert that they will never be able to do anything, and can hang a "no-trouble card" on their door? In order to survive and forge ahead, who can easily stop the hurried pace, like a leisurely stroll, like "nothing"? Who would dare to pat themselves on the chest and say that their physical well-being will always be "fine"? Dare to ask if there can be any in the "Heavenly Palace Que"? "Chang'e should repent of stealing the elixir, the blue sea and the blue sky and the night heart", the moon lady is still suffering from the loneliness. Even the Tangtang Jade Emperor Lao'er was also being stirred up by the Great Sage "Zhou Tian Cold" and kept silently chanting "a knife hanging high in his heart".

Wouldn't that be frustrating to say that? But here I shout, No! This "blessing of nothing" should be said to be available to everyone. At least in everyone's heart. Because the "nothing" we say here is not just about material things. More often, "nothing" should be a contented and calm state of mind, a generous and unworldly mentality, a bold and lofty mind, a degree of maturity, and a positive attitude towards life. It teaches people not to disturb themselves, not to harm others and self-interest, not to worry about the sky, and not to want to fill in the gaps. In this way, you will be much more relaxed in dealing with others, you don't have to be sad and lost for unsatisfactory, and you don't have to be idle compared with others, you can join the "Takeri Hanama Clan" and taste the charm of life. Even if things happen, even big things, such as hunger and cold, terminal illness, high debt, family discord... Wait, when you encounter such a situation, of course, you can't be okay, and at this time, even pretending to be fine is also a bitter face. But the dialectic of life is "life is a mirror, you cry to it, you laugh at it and laugh at it." At this time, you don't have to be sad and indignant, miserable and worried. It should be noted that the day when the mountains and rivers are exhausted is often the time when the willows are dark and the flowers are bright. In case of trouble, do not panic, calmly respond, "What is this?" "Is this still called a thing?" Big things become small, small things become small things, and things become nothing. There is a link in Wuhan Guiyuan Temple that said it well: "The world is still in trouble, why not end it." That's the way it is! Didn't a wise old man say such a humorous thing? "If the sky doesn't fall, it just collapses, and there are big men on top." It can be seen that its weight is light, and its enlightenment is complete.

May the king become a "takeri hanami clan" as soon as possible. When you "takeru quietly and there is no happiness, and the flowers make up for the unfinished book", perhaps, you can still hear the artist Fei Yuqing singing gently: "Tomorrow there may be rain and wind, and there is a rainbow in our eyes; life is like a big dream, why not laugh at the bright moon breeze?" ”
