The new energy online ride-hailing car caught fire and ignited Tesla
On January 12, some Weibo netizens posted a message on social media showing that a Tesla owner in Chengdu who had just picked up his car for a month said that his car was parked there to charge well, and BYD next to him suddenly burned and burned out his car.
Immediately after the news was released, it caused widespread discussion. In this regard, Tesla responded that the fire accident was caused by the fire of the new energy network ride-hailing car parked on the side of the charging process, which immediately ignited the Tesla Model Y, and the fire department has extinguished the fire, and this accident has nothing to do with Tesla.
So, is the fire-set-hailing car that ignited Tesla a BYD model? On January 12, on the day of the accident, the WeChat public account of the BYD Network Reporting Center issued a document to refute the rumors, saying that the vehicle that caught fire was not BYD, and stressed that evidence had been collected in accordance with the law for relevant information, and reserved the right to pursue the responsibility of the infringer. I hope that netizens who do not know the truth will not create rumors, do not spread rumors, and do not believe in rumors.
