Hangzhou, January 24 (Qian Chenfei) On the 24th, the first World Broadcaster Conference of the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games (hereinafter referred to as the Hangzhou Asian Games) opened in Hangzhou, aiming to introduce the progress of the preparations for the Games, the services of the broadcasters and various technical standards for the world broadcasters.
It is reported that this meeting is an important milestone event of the Hangzhou Asian Games, which lasts for 2 days and sets up venues in Hangzhou and Beijing, and is held in the form of online and offline combination.
Chen Weiqiang, deputy secretary general of the Hangzhou Asian Organizing Committee, secretary of the party group of the organ and vice mayor of Hangzhou, said at the opening ceremony that this conference is an important platform for communication and exchange between the Hangzhou Asian Organizing Committee and the broadcasters, and through this conference, the cooperation in the broadcast coverage of the Hangzhou Asian Games will be deepened. The Hangzhou Asian Organizing Committee hopes to take this meeting as an opportunity to strengthen exchanges with anchor institutions and broadcasters at home and abroad on the broadcasting service during the game, further improve various plans and measures, and strive to provide comprehensive, efficient and convenient service guarantees.

At the meeting, the Hangzhou Asian Organizing Committee introduced a series of policies and services such as competition projects and schedules, arrival and departure and entry and exit policies, media services and main media centers, retransmission services and international broadcasting centers, the charging card policy of the right holders, the basic situation of the competition venues, the construction of retransmission facilities, radio and television private networks and other information technology systems, and exchanged views and discussions with the representatives of the right holders and collected needs.
It is reported that the Hangzhou Asian Games International Broadcasting Center (IBC) and the Main News Center (MPC) are jointly located in the Hangzhou International Expo Center, and the two are called the Main Media Center (MMC). The center has planned a sound software and hardware facilities and public service facilities, the game will become the base camp for media, broadcasters, IBC is expected to start construction in April this year, hangzhou Asian Games before the official operation.
