Hangzhou Asian Games Village was completed as the largest non-competition venue for the Hangzhou Asian Games

Hangzhou, December 29 (Qian Chenfei) On the 29th, the completion ceremony and media open day of the 19th Asian Games Asian Games In Hangzhou in 2022 (hereinafter referred to as "Hangzhou Asian Games Village") was held, marking the smooth realization of the construction goal of the functional building during the Hangzhou Asian Games Village.

Hangzhou Asian Games Village is located in the north of Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City, with a total planned land area of 113 hectares and a total construction area of 2.41 million square meters during the competition, it is the largest non-competition venue for the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou in 2022, consisting of an athletes' village, a technical official village, a media village, an international area and a public area.

It is reported that during the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou in 2022, Hangzhou Asian Games Village will provide accommodation, catering, medical and other services for more than 10,000 athletes and team officials, 4,000 technical officials and 5,000 media personnel.

The Hangzhou Asian Games Village project started construction in June 2018, the main structure was topped out in December 2020, and the building was completed in December 2021. After the game, Hangzhou Asian Games Village will be transformed into a model urban area for the future living environment integrating commercial business, cultural expo, sports and entertainment, and ecological residence.
