In terms of parameters, the i9-12900KS is equipped with 8 large cores + 8 small cores, and the single core turbo frequency of the large core can reach 5.5GHz, and all large cores can maintain more than 5GHz during multi-core workloads, and all large cores can reach 5.2 GHz during game workloads. The core display of the i9-12900KS is still the UHD 770 of 32EU, and the frequency is 1.55GHz, which is no different from the core display parameters of the i9-12900K.
IT House has reported that in 2019, Intel released the i9-9900KS, priced at 4299 yuan, which can provide a full-core turbo frequency of up to 5.00 GHz. Intel has not released a KS version since the i9-9900KS, and the i9-12900KS will be the first KS model since the last three generations of Intel Core.
Intel said the chip is already in production and is ready to be released to OEM customers later in the quarter.
