The Passenger Intelligent Service Information Platform (PISS) is equivalent to a mobile "encyclopedia" of Baiyun Airport, bringing together a full range of information on flights, passengers and travel services, innovatively introducing advanced technologies such as face recognition, route planning and navigation, and touch screen interaction, and providing scenario-based, channel-based and intelligent travel services for every passenger who comes to Baiyun Airport.
At present, Baiyun Airport T1 and T2 terminals have deployed 40 and 30 PISS terminals respectively, which are evenly distributed on the passenger movement line and closely integrated with the passenger travel process. The PISS platform focuses on the needs of passengers, is designed to be simple and easy to use, and can meet the needs of different scenarios of different passengers. Passengers who register one ID can enjoy the thrill of "one-face customs clearance" through the PISS platform, which uses advanced 3D face recognition technology to obtain flight dynamics and check-in instructions by "brushing their faces".
