"As a very important sentencing circumstance in criminal trials, voluntary surrender plays an important role in considering the subjective malignancy and social harm of criminal suspects or defendants, and is of great significance for promoting the rehabilitation of criminals, preventing the occurrence of new crimes, and promoting positive social energy." With the theme of "Determination of Voluntary Surrender Issues", the training deeply analyzes how to correctly grasp the determination of voluntary surrender in criminal trial practice, shares relevant trial cases, and summarizes the existing provisions and views on voluntary surrender.
