Among them, Chinese director Zhao Ting's debut film "The Song My Brother Taught Me to Sing" was shortlisted for the Sundance Film Festival and the Cannes Golden Camera Award. Later, with "Knight", he won the New Film Award at the 33rd American Independent Spirit Awards.
The Black Widow independent film has been confirmed to be written by Jacques Schaefer, with Scarlett Johansson playing the role of Black Widow. The screenplay for the film has also been completed and is expected to be released in the summer of 2020.
