Young artists after the 80s. In 2006, he graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor's degree, and later studied at the University of the Arts in Zurich, Switzerland. His works have been exhibited and collected in the United States, France, Italy, Belgium, Japan, Switzerland and Russia. He has won awards such as the 36th AJAC Best Artist Award in Japan, and his works have attracted the attention of first-line media such as the New York Times and ARTNEWS.

Born in the 1980s, Kang Xuan was the only child in the family, loved art since childhood, and has embarked on the path of accompanying art since the age of 9. As the only generation in the 80s, he wanted to convey the imprint of this era to the world through his works. His works carry strong contemporary pop symbols, but also reflect the emergence of various current pop culture after the 1980s, from the successful hosting of the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 to the fast food culture, to the three-child plan advocated by the later countries, Kang Xuan is using his brush to leave the mark of the times.

As the generation of the rise of the one-child culture in New China, the post-80s generation has witnessed the changes in the past 40 years of reform and opening up, and Kang Xuan, as the only child of this generation, has enjoyed the superior growth environment brought about by reform and opening up. Kang Xuan, who grew up in a good family environment, has been innocent from the beginning of his creation, his works are based on the theme of "Monologues of the One Generation", each work has a baby embellishment, as for why the baby is embellished, he said that the baby is born like a blank piece of paper, which can also be understood as "monologue", and the newborn baby also represents kindness and innocence. All of Kang Xuan's creations are carried out with a pure heart, which can better reflect his creative ideas.
Let art take from flat to walking
When it comes to why art and motorcycles are combined, we have to start from childhood. Kang Xuan was born in the 1980s, the family has a 70-bend beam car, influenced by his father, the relationship with the motorcycle began from that era. From a young age with motorcycles, Kang Xuan's love for motorcycles turned into love, and his dream was to become a motorcycle competitive driver, but for various reasons, he chose to develop another hobby of his own - art. While developing art, he did not forget the hobby of motorcycles, and it was this hobby that gave him the idea of combining art and motorcycles, which also realized the seamless combination of hobbies and hobbies.
Some time ago, when Kang Xuan was planning this matter, Zongshen Yami walked into his vision, the fashionable retro shape, brought up the memories of his childhood, Kang Xuan felt that it was time to let the childhood feelings land. As for why Kang Xuan chose YAMI, he said: Zongshen is a local brand in Chongqing, usually there is attention, in 2021 also participated in the big country scenery activities of Sai Kelong, riding around the northwest for a large circle, the quality of Zongshen motorcycle is more recognized; coupled with Yami's exquisite and elegant lines, simple design concept makes him feel particularly in line with his own aesthetics, just around the riders and there is this car, after seeing the real car he immediately decided to use YAMI as the carrier of his own creation.
Bring art to ordinary people's homes through motorcycles
Art comes from life, and it is even more important to enter life. At present, Kang Xuan has completed the creation of Yami, and the hand-painted work on yami's body is a scorpion, which is seamlessly connected through the perfect fit of the body lines. As for why he chose a scorpion to create, Kang Xuan said that he had the idea because he was a Scorpio. In addition, he also wants to bring his art works into ordinary people's homes through motorcycle decals.
YAMI will sell it charity and donate the proceeds to the school to open art classes
One of Kang Xuan's riders rides a 6-hour bike to a school in Chung County to visit left-behind children, and almost all of the students here are special families whose parents have divorced or died, and the conditions for school are difficult and art education is difficult. Kang Xuan was influenced by his riders to join the team and was determined to bring art classes to the children of this school. To this end, he plans to sell the YAMI, and all the proceeds of the charity sale will be donated to the school to establish an art classroom.
