On January 2 this year, the Dashi Forest Public Security Bureau received reports from the masses that Gu Mou, a staff member of the Dashi Forestry Bureau's Goukou Forest Farm, had illegally hunted wild animals.

After receiving the report, the substation immediately instructed the Forest Investigation Brigade and the Dongming Police Station to investigate. Subsequently, the police seized 16 pieces of roe deer meat, 1 roe deer skin, 4 roe deer hooves, 6 hunting tools, 1 folding knife and 1 axe in the family of the criminal suspect Gu. After investigation, the 53-year-old criminal suspect Gu Mou is a worker in the Goukou Forest Farm of the Dashi Forestry Bureau, who used a hunting set to illegally hunt 2 wild roe deer in the mountain forest under the jurisdiction of the Goukou Forest Farm from mid-November 2021 to mid-December 2021, and then gave it to others, and divided and saved 1 for himself to eat.

At present, the criminal suspect Gu Mou has been released on guarantee pending further investigation in accordance with the law, and the case is still under further investigation.
