Jubo: This is yaozhuang's digital economy industrial park, which is a major project started on New Year's Day this year, and the entire project is supporting the digital economy industry in Yaozhuang. After completion, we will introduce a relatively large project to promote the development of our digital economy. The area of the entire first phase of the project is 118 acres, the construction area of 140,000 square meters, if you add the second phase of the project in the north, then the entire park here has 250 acres, after completion, there are 400,000 square meters, providing us with a good platform and carrier for the development of the digital economy.
Moderator Yuan Wei: What is the progress of the project now?
Project leader: The pile foundation construction is now underway, the entire site is currently invested in 6 pile foundations, the daily construction of about 160 sets of piles, it is planned to complete the pile foundation project before the Spring Festival this year, the earthworks are probably after the Spring Festival, and the overall plan is to be completed at the end of 2022.
Ju Bo: We are now in reverse schedule, in order to start this project, we have made a lot of preparations for Yaozhuang. In order to achieve the acceleration of the project, we strengthen the service on the one hand, on the other hand, the construction unit is also rushing to work day and night, and in order to promote the project quickly, we adopt the method of hierarchical acceptance this time.
Moderator Yuan Wei: Hierarchical acceptance?
Jubo: Yes, the plant is a total of four floors, one or two floors after the first acceptance, the enterprise can enter the decoration construction. In this way, production can be achieved quickly. We have thought of many innovative ways to optimize this service.
Project Leader: Our entire project adopts two flow sections, divided into two construction groups, and is carried out simultaneously. Then use interspersed construction and some new processes, invert the process, try to compress all the construction period within a reasonable range, under the premise of ensuring quality and safety, complete the production and construction on time, and ensure that the entire project is put into operation.
Jubo: The requirement for the whole project is that I hope you can do it quickly and well. At the same time, epidemic prevention and control is very important now, there are so many workers on the scene, from all over the country, so it is necessary to strengthen site management and strictly comply with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.

Moderator Yuan Wei: How big is the scale of our Jiang Xiao Tangerine Park now?
Jubo: This jiangxiao orange paradise covers an area of more than 40 acres, using some idle land in the village, creating some homestays, research bases, and rural classrooms, activating the "sleeping" resources of these villages, bringing some tourists through the introduction of some new formats, and driving our farmers to achieve common prosperity.
Moderator Yuan Wei: This is Agarwood?
Jubo: Yes, this is the north of Agarwood, there are many natural villages around, the place where I am standing now is Jiangjiagang, the characteristic here is that the citrus industry is relatively developed, so we have created a characteristic IP of Jiangxiao orange around the characteristic agricultural products of citrus. There are also Hongziwei and Anti-Doobang on the opposite side, and there is also the old market town of Dingzha on the side, and we now want to make a big plan as a whole, transform and upgrade the old market town, introduce new industries, attract some enterprises and young people over, and activate the old market town. At the same time, by excavating the resources of natural lakes and beautiful lakes, transforming green waters and green mountains into golden mountains and silver mountains, and enriching the industrial formats here, there must be agriculture, three productions, and at the same time, there must be scientific and technological innovation incubation projects.

Ju Bo: This is also due to our "five-water co-governance" in recent years. The water in Yaozhuang is very good, and further north is the water intake of our Taipu River. In fact, Yaozhuang is the water source of Jiashan, we have made a lot of efforts to protect the water environment of Yaozhuang, in 2021, the surface water quality will continue to rank first in 72 towns (streets) in Jiaxing City throughout the year.

Moderator Yuan Wei: Secretary Ju, just now we visited a local enterprise in Yaozhuang and listened to the development ideas of the enterprise in the new year. In the past year, Yaozhuang has achieved high-quality economic development in the journey of boosting the construction of Jiashan "double demonstration", can you give us a detailed introduction?
Ju Bo: In the past 2021, Yaozhuang has made remarkable achievements in high-quality economic development, and I think there are several aspects that are gratifying.
First, the economic indicators have achieved gratifying results. Last year, the GDP of Yaozhuang exceeded the mark of 10 billion yuan for the first time, stepping onto a new level; the total fiscal revenue was 1.33 billion yuan, an increase of 52.35%; the general public budget revenue was 710 million yuan, an increase of 40.87%; the industrial output value reached 39.4 billion yuan, an increase of 24.7%, of which the two major industries of precision machinery and communication and electronics increased by more than 20%. In addition, our actual foreign investment, total foreign trade import and export, limited to the total retail sales of social consumer goods and other indicators have achieved double-digit growth. It can be said that such an achievement can be said to be hard-won.
The second is to recruit big and strong and achieve fruitful results. Last year, we successfully signed 26 projects, introduced 3 projects with more than 100 million US dollars, 1 project of the world's top 500 companies, and 1 global industry leader project. This shows that Yaozhuang is very attractive to large projects and good projects, and is a hot land for investment. Previously, Luxun Intelligent Manufacturing achieved a leapfrog development of "from 0 to 10 billion" in Yaozhuang in just over a year. I think Yaozhuang will have more such cases in the future.
Third, innovation and transformation have achieved remarkable results. Yaozhuang's high-tech investment reached 2.51 billion yuan last year, accounting for more than 80% of the investment in manufacturing; 23 new high-tech enterprises, 4 new provincial-level research and development centers, 2 enterprises won the second prize of provincial scientific and technological progress; and successfully introduced 5 high-end talents at or above the provincial level. Innovation is the first driving force leading development, and has become the consciousness and consensus of many Yaozhuang enterprises.
Moderator Yuan Wei: This year will usher in the third anniversary of the integration demonstration zone, as one of the first launch areas, how will we seize the opportunity of integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta and promote high-quality development?
Jubo: The 15th Party Congress of the county proposed to continue to struggle for the "first stop" and forge ahead with the "double demonstration", the first station is the first station in Shanghai, and one of the demonstrations of the "double demonstration" is the Yangtze River Delta ecological green integrated development demonstration zone. After hard work, the water quality of Yaozhuang Changbaidang Water Source has reached the Class II water standard, and the water environment assessment has ranked first among 72 townships in Jiaxing City for several consecutive years. Jubo: "Striving to be a demonstration pioneer of high-quality development and promoting common prosperity" is the target positioning of Yaozhuang's future development, and "common prosperity" is also one of our keywords in 2022. Yaozhuang has always been the "old advanced" of the overall development of urban and rural areas, and in the first batch of typical cases of "common prosperity" announced by Jiaxing City last year, there is our "'Yaozhuang model' of farm house transformation and agglomeration". This year, focusing on rural revitalization and promoting urban-rural integration, we have preliminarily planned the overall work idea of "123610" for Yaozhuang to promote common prosperity. "1" is a plan for the common prosperity of Yaozhuang.
