In terms of power, the new Regal 652T Smart Wave and Regal GS are equipped with the eighth generation Ecotec 2.0T variable cylinder turbocharged engine, with a maximum output of 174 kW (horsepower) and a maximum torque of 350 Nm, matching a 9-speed HYDROA-MATIC transmission; the Regal 552T Smart Wave is equipped with a 1.5T SIDI direct injection turbo engine with a maximum output of 124 kW (169 hp) and a maximum torque of 250 Nm. Also matched with the 9-speed HYDRO-MATIC transmission, the comprehensive fuel consumption of 100 kilometers under NEDC conditions is only 6.3L.
