After the property company withdrew, the community was once in a state of loss of management - the lights in the community and the corridors were not lit, and residents had to use flashlights when they went out at night; no one cleaned up, the environmental health was poor; the vehicles were parked randomly, resulting in scratches and disputes caused by others; the green belt and flower platform were overgrown with weeds, and the iron guardrail was rusted and damaged...

The community neighborhood committee began to discuss with the residents of Penglingyuan to try a new property management method: the implementation of the "grid + self-management committee" management model, and the establishment of the Penglingyuan Community Residents' Property Autonomous Management Committee was completed.

Resident Sun Zhenlin, who is almost 80 years old this year, is the director of the community's autonomous management committee. Sun Zhenlin told reporters that when he saw that the community was out of control and the environment was deteriorating, he thought he had to do something himself. Coupled with the help of the community, he was more confident.

According to reports, the street and the community first organized the staff to spend a week to completely clean up the weeds and garbage in the community, and then went to the door to issue questionnaires whether they agreed to "self-management".

According to reports, after the community is self-managed, it does not charge property fees, and the source of funds mainly relies on limited projects such as parking fees and advertising fees. Wang Tinghui, a self-managed member in charge of finance, said that the parking fee of the community is one hundred yuan a month, and if it is paid in one year, there can be two hundred yuan of concessions, and the advertising fee is not much. "But even if it's a small income and expenditure, I will record it clearly and publish it on a monthly basis."

In the guard duty room, the resident Grandma Tang said that every time they came back from shopping for vegetables and were tired, they would sit in the duty room for a while, and the people in the self-management group were very polite. Grandma Tang recalled that the self-management group was just established, and the lights of 5 units were all broken, and the self-management group had found professionals to estimate the price, and the cost was not cheap. Later, the self-management team itself spent more than three days to repair all the lights in the corridor, and they did not take extra money. "They serve us with all their hearts, and we definitely support them."

Gorgeous introduction, there are currently more than 20 residents in the community who want to join the self-management group to serve everyone. "These interested residents have all become volunteers, and we will select the successor members of the self-management team based on their performance and residents' evaluations."

Shao Li, secretary of qinyuan community, said that the development of Penglingyuan community to the present is inseparable from the support of all sectors of society. Shao Li said that he and the self-management group of the community are discussing one thing - preparing to mobilize students with art expertise in the district to "beautify" the outer walls of the community and "paint or graffiti to make the community look more vibrant."
