DeRozan had 30 points and seven assists, and Vucevic had 24 points and 12 rebounds as they led the team to a 11-0 surge in the fourth quarter to seal the win, with the Bulls beating the Cleveland Cavaliers 117-104 at home (27-19). The Bulls ended a four-game losing streak and the Cavaliers' five-game winning streak was ended.

The Bulls' DeRozan had 30 points and seven assists, Vucevic had 24 points and 12 rebounds, Dossum had 18 points and eight assists and White had 16 points and four rebounds. The Cavaliers' Markkanen had 28 points and seven rebounds, Garland had 20 points, five rebounds and 12 assists, Mobley had 18 points and five rebounds, and Loew had 13 points, eight rebounds and four assists.

Markkanen and Garland chased another four points, DeRozan broke through, the Cavaliers chased, Okoro and Markkanen combined for seven points, and the Cavaliers trailed 102-103 with 4 minutes and 10 seconds left in the fourth quarter. The Bulls maintained their touch on the outside, with Dossum and Vucevic each hitting three-pointers as they led the team to a 10-0 surge to re-establish double-digit advantage. The Cavaliers were unable to counterattack in the final moments, losing 104-117.
