Earlier, Sichuan Airlines Flight 3U8884 from Beijing Capital-Chengdu Shuangliu hung up the 7700 emergency code before landing. At present, the flight has landed safely at Shuangliu Airport.

According to Fei Chang zhuan, the flight took off from Beijing Capital Airport at 11:52 and successfully landed at Chengdu Shuangliu Airport at 14:48.

Witnesses said that fire trucks were seen entering the tarmac when the flight landed.

It is reported that the flight involved was carried out by a 10.5-year-old Airbus A330-200 with a nationality registration number of B-6535 and two Rolls-Royce Trent 772C engines.

At the same time, Sichuan Airlines told the cover news reporter that on the afternoon of January 20, flight 3U8884 had a fault in the air, the crew disposed of it according to the procedure, no passengers and crew on board were injured, and the details of the failure needed time for further investigation. The flight landed safely at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport at 14:48.
