Shen Mingxiao and colleague Jiang Minghui came to the home of the elderly, registered an appointment for the elderly, and placed a gastric tube for the patient. 3 days later, the old man called again and said that the blender used to make the nutritional solution for the patient was broken and needed to be replaced with a new one, but he did not know how to buy it. Shen Mingxiao helped the elderly contact the home appliance salesman and delivered the goods to the door for the elderly. "I feel the trust of the elderly in us, and we must pass on the heart-warming act of doing practical things for the masses and warm the hearts of the masses." Shen Mingxiao's speech caused a burst of applause.

After the preliminary evaluation and re-evaluation, Shen Mingxiao and 8 players from other cities stood on the stage of the story sharing meeting of the provincial health system "I do practical things for the masses". The sharing session was also broadcast live throughout the province via video.
