On January 20, the Luancheng Branch of Shijiazhuang Natural Resources and Planning Bureau issued a public announcement of the dynamic maintenance plan for unit 09 control regulations in Luancheng District.
According to the public notice, the maintenance scope is Xingqiao Road - Yinbo Street - Luanwu Road - Taifu Street, with a land area of 20.68 hectares (about 310.2 acres). After the maintenance of the plots, the land for Class II residential use decreased by 5.53 hectares, the administrative office land increased by 1.66 hectares, the land used for primary and secondary schools increased by 1.02 hectares, the reserved land for public facilities control increased by 1.51 hectares, the commercial land decreased by 1.37 hectares, the land for park green space increased by 2.51 hectares, and the urban road land increased by 0.20 hectares.
The reserved land for public facilities control is used to arrange the residential area of the 15-minute living circle, and the residential area of the 10-minute living circle should be equipped with supporting facilities such as sports, medical care, culture, and vegetable markets.
