As a basic educator who has been working in mountainous counties for a long time, I have always paid attention to the balanced development of basic education in the region, and in 2018, I suggested through a proposal that Zhejiang Province learn from the experience of the state in aiding Tibet and Xinjiang to support the construction of teachers in mountainous areas and promote the balanced development of education in the province. Now, I am pleased to find that this proposal is gradually becoming a reality, Zhejiang Province's education support for 26 counties in mountainous areas has gradually developed from the original sending of teaching and lectures to diversified support measures such as famous teachers supporting teaching and the formation of cross-regional teaching communities, and this year's provincial government work report is to support 26 counties in mountainous areas and 6 island counties to form 500 cross-regional teaching community pairing schools as a people's livelihood fact, which gives me more reason to expect the provincial party committee and provincial government to introduce more practical policies to encourage more famous teachers to support teaching in mountainous counties. The formation of more close-knit inter-regional education communities has enabled the quality of education in mountainous areas to be improved by leaps and bounds.

After four years of performing my duties, I deeply feel that CPPCC members are not only an honor, but also a responsibility and obligation.
