There have been several rumors of Vehicles of Fire: Resurrection in recent weeks, and Sony is said to have released the vehicle combat series. Foreign media VGC broke the news that the resurrection of "Vehicles of Fire" will be developed by Lucid Games (based in Liverpool, Uk), the studio behind "Doom All-Star", which is a multiplayer vehicle combat game that landed on PS5 earlier this year.

It is reported that "Chariot of Fire: Resurrection" is still in the early stages of development and is scheduled to be released in 2023 to coincide with the currently produced "Chariot of Fire" TV series.
Interestingly, it is said that Chariot of Fire: Resurrection will be free to play. If the news is true, Blazing Chariot: Resurrection will be the first new game in the series in a decade.
In addition to All-Stars of Destruction, Lucid Games has participated in Need for Speed 20: Revenge, Need for Speed 14: Heat Tracking Replica, and another vehicle combat game, Switchblade.
Officially announced in May 2019, the Chariot of Fire episode was produced by Sony PlayStation Productions, and according to Variety, it will be an action comedy written by Deadpool and Zombie Land, starring Negro actor Anthony McKay of The Avengers.
