Tom Henderson, the promoter of Battlefield 2042 and Call of Duty 18, hinted that Charlie is being rebooted and may be released in 2023, linked to an upcoming TV series.
Sony has experimented with multimedia strategies across different mediums in the past, and in 2015 they developed the Ricky & Tinker Bell movie, along with a rebooted version of the game. Although the game was a great success, the film was very dismal at the box office. Sony also developed the Fox Adventures tv series and related games, but neither the series nor the game was eventually launched.
Chariots of Fire is a vehicle combat game with different arenas, similar to Destroy all-Stars. In the PS1 era, this IP was quite popular, and a number of sequels were launched. Founder David Jaffe went on to create God of War 1, another successful IP on sony PS.
