The reporter learned from Lanzhou Customs that in 2021, Lanzhou Customs will issue 4340 certificates of origin for export enterprises in Gansu Province, with a visa amount of 337 million US dollars, which is expected to help export enterprises in the province enjoy tariff concessions of about 9.12 million US dollars from import countries, and the visa products mainly include vegetable seeds, organic chemicals, graphite electrodes, apples, etc.

In recent years, the number of certificate of origin visas in Gansu Province has increased year by year, and Lanzhou Customs has promoted the implementation of facilitation measures such as "intelligent audit", self-service printing, and "multi-certificate integration" in accordance with the unified deployment of the General Administration of Customs, comprehensively upgraded the H2018-RCEP origin management information application 3.0 system, further optimized and improved the functions related to origin, and helped enterprises make good use of the "economic passport" and fully enjoy the policy dividends.

According to reports, after export enterprises declare the electronic information of the certificate of origin to Lanzhou Customs through the "single window", the system conducts intelligent audit in accordance with the rules, and the audit results are immediately fed back to the enterprise. At the same time, Lanzhou Customs continues to promote the self-service printing of certificates of origin, provide convenience for enterprises to apply for certificates of origin, and assist enterprises to prevent the risk of returning certificates in customs clearance, and provide real-time online Q&A services such as holidays and holidays to ensure the smooth operation of intelligent audits around the clock.
