In November last year, Guizhou held a conference on the development of the province's open economy work and issued the Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of the Open Economy, which clarified that by 2025, Guizhou's open economy will achieve "one reach and three doubles", that is, the proportion of net exports to GDP will reach the national average; foreign trade imports and exports will ensure 160 billion yuan and strive for 200 billion yuan, the actual use of foreign capital will exceed 800 million US dollars, and cross-border e-commerce will exceed 1 billion US dollars, achieving three doubles.

The "Implementation Opinions" proposes to achieve new breakthroughs in opening up industries, channels, platforms, environments, talents, etc.; aim at the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta to build open channels, smooth the main channel of Qianyue, improve the new land and sea corridor in the west of the "south wing", use the "north wing" China-Europe express train and the Wujiang shipping channel to accelerate the construction of the modern logistics system, improve the land, water and air port system; promote the open platform to achieve new breakthroughs, promote the open business environment to achieve new breakthroughs, and promote new breakthroughs in talent resources.

The official issuance of the "Implementation Opinions" has pointed out a new direction for the development of the province's open economy, set new goals, clarified new tasks, and sounded the charge of the province's development of an open economy.

Since being approved as a national inland open economic pilot zone in 2016, Guizhou has gone all out to promote the construction of the pilot zone, and the open economic development has many highlights, providing a strong guarantee for rapid development. Especially in the past year, Guizhou's open economy has climbed over the hill, caught up with development, continuously narrowed the gap with developed areas, and shown a trend of steady progress and steady improvement.

Guizhou has also created a "1+8" national-level open innovation platform with Gui'an New District as the leader and Guiyang Comprehensive Insurance Zone as the focus. The influence of major open exchange platforms such as the Guiyang International Forum on Ecological Civilization and the Digital Expo has also been expanding. In addition, Guizhou has achieved customs clearance integration with the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the pan-Pearl River Delta provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, and has economic and trade exchanges with more than 190 countries and regions. According to statistics, 40 countries (regions) have come to Qian to invest, and Guizhou has also gone to 36 countries (regions) to carry out overseas investment or contract projects.

Guizhou's foreign trade format is more abundant. Last year, the first orders of "9710", "9810" and "9610" cross-border e-commerce actively promoted have landed, marking the full opening of Guizhou's cross-border trade e-commerce export model.

Guizhou ushered in the spring of open development, and it is time to develop an open economy.

On January 1, the first "Zhanjiang Port- Dula International Logistics Port" test train was sent from Zhanjiang, and the Qianyue test train from Guizhou to Zhanjiang Port returned to Zhanjiang, marking the first "round-trip operation" of the two places to jointly build the Qianjiang-Guangdong Railway Logistics Corridor;

On January 7, the Guizhou direct China-Europe express train loaded with engines, displays and other goods departed from Dulaying Railway Station in Guiyang City and headed for Bererast, Moscow, which was the first China-Europe train issued by Guizhou this year, and also a good start for Guizhou to continue to promote the normalization of China-Europe trains;

On January 13, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Working Committee of the Provincial Organs directly under the Provincial Government, and the Provincial Department of Commerce jointly held the first session of the "Special Lecture on Business Knowledge of the New Era Learning Lecture Hall" in 2022, at which everyone enthusiastically analyzed the current international and domestic economic and trade situation, interpreted the open economic development policy, looked for opportunities and problems in guizhou's open economic development, and discussed the path and countermeasures of Guizhou's open economic development;
