Continue to promote the construction of Jiading International Automobile Smart City, Qingpu Yangtze River Delta Digital Trunk, Songjiang Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, Fengxian Oriental Beauty Valley, Nanhui Digital Lianzhi brand. Accelerate the construction of 10 demonstration model areas.
Build a comprehensive transportation system for new cities. Accelerate the construction of "one city and one hub", accelerate the construction of the Shanghai section of the Shanghai-Suzhou Lake Railway and the nanhui branch line of the rail transit, the Jiamin line, and the western extension of line 13.
Improve the level of public services in new cities. Construct an all-age friendly living circle, build 17 new primary and secondary schools and 13 kindergartens, and promote the construction of the municipal hospital project in the new city.
Promote the development of key areas. Strengthen the central radiation of the main urban area, promote the urban renewal and functional improvement of the Bund historical and cultural landscape area, and accelerate the construction of the North Bund.
