Chen Aidong, dean of the School of Finance and Economics of Tibet University for Nationalities, said that from a geographical point of view, Tibet is located on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the third pole in the world, and has many resource advantages, such as water, light, wind and heat, land grassland, cultural tourism, clean resources, and unique resource endowments provide great advantages for promoting high-quality development. From the perspective of national strategy, Tibet is an important national security barrier and ecological security barrier on the mainland, with the rapid advancement of national strategies such as the Sichuan-Tibet Railway, clean energy bases, and border security capacity building, the central government has supported the in-depth implementation of a new package of policies for Tibet's development, and the work of aiding Tibet has been advanced in depth, providing strong support for writing a new chapter in the high-quality development of the snowy plateau.
