Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case on 20 January, and the clinical classification was ordinary. He has been transferred to a designated hospital for isolation treatment.

Confirmed case 2: Currently living in Yilanyuan District 1, Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District, daily wholesale operation of quick-frozen food, working unit address for the first floor hall of the southwest suburban cold storage of a company, less than 500 meters from the work cold storage of nucleic acid test positives 3, 4 and 5 notified on January 19, and had dined with three people at Huaxing Hotel near the unit. Self-reported no history of Beijing, on January 19, fever symptoms appeared, went to the nucleic acid sampling site for nucleic acid testing, the nucleic acid test results were abnormal on the same day, the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention reviewed positive, and detected the specific mutation site of the Delta strain. He has been transferred to a designated hospital for isolation treatment. Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case on 20 January, and the clinical classification was mild.

As of 16:00 on January 20, 2022, Wanliuyuan Community, Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District, has reported a cumulative total of 3 locally confirmed cases in the past 14 days, and No. 8 North Guangyangcheng Street, Changyang Town, Fangshan District, has reported 3 locally confirmed cases in the past 14 days. After the assessment of the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, in accordance with the "Beijing Municipal Covid-19 Risk Grading Standards", the city will immediately designate Wanliuyuan Community in Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District, and No. 8 North Guangyangcheng Street, Changyang Town, Fangshan District, as medium-risk areas.

Up to now, there are 2 medium-risk areas in Beijing, namely Wanliuyuan Community in Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District, and No. 8, North Guangyangcheng Street, Changyang Town, Fangshan District. The rest of the city is low-risk.
