The Comprehensive Agricultural Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade set up an observation group headed by Gong Weitian, the leader in charge of the bureau, and the heads of various units and offices as members, to observe and evaluate the comprehensive agricultural administrative law enforcement in the fourth quarter of the 10 comprehensive agricultural administrative law enforcement squadrons in the county. The observation and scoring criteria are divided into station appearance, team building and management, harmless treatment work and law enforcement work, etc., each of which is refined to a number of sub-items. According to the scoring rules, the observation team scored one by one against the health, learning and training materials, operational files and law enforcement case files of each law enforcement squadron, and randomly inspected an aquaculture farm within the jurisdiction of each squadron, and finally sorted the work carried out by 10 squadrons in the fourth quarter.
During the observation period, Gong Weitian stressed: All squadrons must look for gaps and learning experiences in the course of observation, adopt effective measures, intensify their work, ensure that all work tasks are carried out in a down-to-earth manner, and earnestly form a working atmosphere of "comparing, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing, and jointly push forward the comprehensive agricultural administrative law enforcement work to a higher level.
