Under the witness of Mr. Lin Feng, CEO of Xuhui Holdings, Mr. Liu Feng, General Manager of the Operation Center of Xuhui Group, signed strategic cooperation agreements with five construction general contracting units on behalf of Xuhui in turn.
The five general contracting units signed this time are all long-term cooperative units of Xuhui First-line Company. It is worth mentioning that for the first time since 2019, Xuhui has proposed the concept of "transparent factory" in the real estate industry to ensure the transparency of the whole stage and process of project construction. The engineering team and the general contractor worked together, braved challenges and faced difficulties, and only then did the Xuhui transparent factory blossom throughout the country.
In the future, Xuhui will work with five strategic general contractors and more excellent partners to continuously upgrade the quality experience of "better houses are more transparent and customers are more assured".

Acer Group has been cooperating with Cifi since 2015 and has performed well in quality and safety management, especially in the application of new technologies such as large steel molds, thin plasters and slats, which has laid a good foundation for the engineering quality of the Northeast Division of Xuhui Group, and has won the title of "Gold Supplier of Xuhui Group". The Jingchenfu project undertaken by Acer Group landed in Xuhui Transparent Factory and won the national award "Guangsha Award".

Nantong Daxin began to cooperate with Xuhui in 2008, and the third-party comprehensive inspection results of multiple bidding sections in 2020 ranked in the top 10% of the group. Nantong Daxin took the lead in building a civil engineering teaching base, comprehensively displaying every procedure and process of the civil construction process, attracting a number of well-known real estate companies and construction companies to come to exchange and learn, and the Suzhou Boyue Xihu and Suzhou Boyue Mansion projects won the "Zhan Tianyou Excellent Residential Community Gold Award".
