Having the honor of representing Liaoning Province in the first national criminal enforcement procuratorial business competition is a valuable and unforgettable experience in the past fifteen years since I engaged in procuratorial work.
He has studied books and materials for several months in a row, enriched his knowledge reserves, has spent the night preparing for battles in the face of massive examination points and huge pressure, has competed with criminal enforcement procuratorial elites from all over the country, and has found gaps and deficiencies in multiple rounds of answering questions such as written examinations, legal documents production, and interviews. While gaining the title of "National Procuratorial Organs' Criminal Enforcement Procuratorial Business Expert", he has also accumulated more real insights into the procuratorial cause and his own field.
Love. At the beginning of my work, everything about criminal enforcement procuratorate was new and unfamiliar to me, and I didn't know what the procurators were stationed to do every day, and I couldn't even distinguish between medical parole and temporary execution outside of prison. With a heart that does not accept defeat, I carefully studied the laws and regulations and judicial interpretations related to my own work, followed the procurators with rich experience in business to more than ten grass-roots detention centers in the city and stationed in prison procuratorates to carry out business guidance.
Proficient in the industry. The improvement of procuratorial work requires continuous study and accumulation, sufficient knowledge reserves and rich work practice, which are the basis for giving play to the functions and effects of procuratorial supervision in criminal enforcement. In my work, I am well aware that there are many judicial links involved in criminal enforcement procuratorial work and mainly supervision, and I strive to cultivate excellent skills and achieve "high skill"; I insist on studying and practicing, constantly discovering problems, looking for gaps, and making up for deficiencies; I believe that "there are always more ways than difficulties", calmly facing opportunities and challenges with the spirit of hard work, and contributing to building the Shenyang criminal enforcement procuratorial brand.
Congratulations. I remember that handling the first criminal case in Shenyang city that was reviewed and prosecuted by the criminal enforcement procuratorial system, and after the withdrawal of compensation and still did not obtain relevant evidence, we went to other places to collect evidence, walked through the streets and alleys, and consulted a large number of information related to the confessions of criminal suspects, and finally the evidence chain of the case was completely closed. I remember working overtime continuously, hosting 122 special cases in just 12 days, although there were difficulties and hardships, but when I saw more than 60 juvenile inmates stepping out of the prison gate and walking towards their tearful relatives, I felt from the bottom of my heart that all the efforts were worth it.
In the past fifteen years, the concept of fairness and justice has been stationed in the heart, sublimated into ideals and beliefs; the bits and pieces of growth and progress have quietly converged and condensed into feelings and responsibilities. I am willing to forge ingenuity and perseverance with my original heart, deeply cultivate my own duties, be a good pioneer, adhere to the last line of defense for the protection of human rights, and let the sunshine of the rule of law full of hope and warmth sprinkle inside and outside the high wall.
