Time flies by, and this year is the fifth plenary session of the current CPPCC session. Looking back on the course of performing duties over the past four years and comparing the requirements of CPPCC members in the new era to have a new look, I have always regarded CPPCC members as a political responsibility and conscientiously performed their duties. Every year, I submit two or three proposals to the plenary, and before the meeting, I will conduct in-depth research and analysis of these proposals, and strive to make the opinions and suggestions practical. Many proposals have also achieved good results after handling. For example, the proposal of "Suggestions on the Overall Compensation of Ecological Public Welfare Forests with Ecological Barriers in Southwest Zhejiang" has been implemented by the provincial forestry department, and the annual income of Lishui forest farmers has increased by more than 29 million yuan, which has played a certain role in promoting farmers' income increase and ecological public welfare forest protection.

This year's work report of the Standing Committee of the Provincial COMMITTEE of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) put forward the need to strengthen the responsibilities of cppcc committee members, and demanded that in the final year of performing their duties, they should be as respectful as the beginning, doubly cherish the time of performing their duties and the identity and mission of the CPPCC members, perform their duties well with the style of being only the first, do a good job of "committee members' work" on the new road to catch up with the examination, and strive to be the most beautiful CPPCC members who have made meritorious contributions and common prosperity. As a committee member, we must understand its spirit, respond to its call, and not slacken our efforts, especially from mountainous counties and cities, we still need to redouble our efforts on the road to common prosperity. Coincidentally, the two proposals and discussion speeches I prepared this year are both in the construction of a demonstration zone for common prosperity, and I hope to play a little role in promoting it.
