As a member of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, I have been paying attention to the issue of coordinated regional development for many years. In recent years, Lishui City has practiced the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains", strived to accelerate leapfrog high-quality development, and achieved remarkable achievements. But in my research, I found that the gap between Lishui and other cities in Zhejiang Province is still very large, and problems such as transportation infrastructure limit the way to prosperity in Lishui, the back garden. To this end, I wrote a proposal on "Proposal on Accelerating the Coordinated Regional Development of Zhejiang Province and Promoting Common Prosperity", which was selected by the Provincial Committee of the China Democratic League as a group proposal to be submitted to the Fourth Session of the Twelfth CPPCC Provincial Committee and identified as a key proposal. The provincial party committee attached great importance to this proposal, which was led by Yuan Jiajun, secretary of the provincial party committee, and co-organized by Ge Huijun, then chairman of the provincial CPPCC committee. The proposal was praised by Secretary Yuan Jiajun, and the suggestions put forward in the proposal were absorbed into the policies issued by various departments of the provincial government to promote common prosperity, and achieved good social results.
This year, I continued to pay attention to the theme of coordinated regional development and common prosperity, from the perspective of carbon peak carbon neutrality, wrote a proposal "Suggestions on Establishing and Improving the Carbon Sink Trading Mechanism to Promote the Accelerated Development of 26 Counties in Mountainous Areas", submitted to the Fifth Session of the Twelfth CPPCC Provincial Committee, and strived to show the new responsibilities and new deeds of CPPCC members in the construction of the Common Prosperity Demonstration Zone.
