2. Measures for rewarding and punishing those who report illegal crossings of national (border) borders
(1) Rewards
Whoever reports the above characteristics of the person or has a clue to sneak across the national (border) border, upon investigation and verification, give the first informant a reward of 500-20,000 yuan, and protect the informant's information in accordance with law.
(2) Punishment
1. According to the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Penalties: The staff of the hotel industry shall impose a fine of less than 500 yuan on the passengers who do not register their names, types and numbers of identity documents in accordance with the regulations. If the staff of the hotel industry knows that the passenger staying is a criminal suspect and does not report it to the public security organs, he shall be detained for not more than 5 days.
2. According to the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments: Whoever provides money, food, lodging, means of transportation, etc. for a person who knowingly crosses the national (border) border illegally shall be detained for 5 to 10 days and fined not less than 500 yuan but not more than 2,000 yuan.
3. According to the relevant laws and regulations: Whoever crosses the border to fish shall be fined not more than 5,000 yuan; whoever sneaks across the national (border) border shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than one year or detention; whoever transports another person to illegally cross the national (border) border shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years, or fixed-term imprisonment of not more than ten years if the circumstances are serious; and if the circumstances are serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than seven years, or life imprisonment.
4. Those who provide false information and slander others shall be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with law.

1. It is strictly forbidden to illegally cross the national (border) border, it is strictly forbidden to organize and transport others to illegally cross the national (border) border, and it is strictly forbidden to assist others to illegally cross the national (border) border, and the offender will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
2. It is strictly forbidden to enter the border zone without permission (the border extends to the area within 2 kilometers from the shore) to engage in logging, sand dredging, quarrying, fishing, hunting, blasting and other production operations, and violators will be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with law.
3. It is forbidden to use unmanned aerial vehicles for aerial photography or other flights for the purpose of remote sensing detection within an area of 25 kilometers on our side of the border line without authorization. If you do need to use it, you can apply at least 15 days in advance.
4. Where the staff of the hotel industry know that the passengers staying in the hotel are criminal suspects and do not report them to the public security organs; where they provide money, food, lodging, means of transportation, and other conditions for personnel who know that they have illegally crossed the national (border) border; and where hotels, inns, bathing facilities, and other lodging establishments fail to register the lodging personnel or take in unlicensed persons without authorization, the public security organs will impose heavier punishments in accordance with law.
V. The broad masses of border residents should actively report the organizers, participants, and recipients of illegal entry personnel who sneak across the national (border) border, and those who provide effective clues to assist in the investigation of the case will be rewarded with 500-20,000 yuan to the first informant, and the informant's information will be protected in accordance with law.
