From January 17 to 18, 2022, the "China Business Digital Innovation Cloud Forum and Smart Business Meta-universe Cloud Exhibition" was successfully concluded. At the meeting, Ma Da, senior associate professor of the National University of Defense Technology and chief digital scientist of Jiexing Technology, shared the content on four topics: "Is digitalization the real demand of the retail industry, what is a digital retail enterprise, the digital transformation anxiety of enterprises, and how to start digital transformation".

Faced with the anxiety of digital enterprise transformation of "high cost, high risk and unclear return", Mr. Mada put forward two suggestions:

That is, through cooperation with mature BI enterprises, digital transformation is carried out to solve the high cost and high risk problems brought about by system development. Second, enterprise digitalization should be guided by "problems and values". In the process of introducing the digital system, targeted changes are made based on the current problems of the enterprise, so that there are benefits at every step, so that the returns are implemented in the real place, and it is more beneficial in the long run.
So "how should digital transformation begin"? Mr. Mada said through real case sharing that the digital transformation of enterprises can start from the details, harvest a sense of achievement through the mode of "communication-diagnosis-improvement", and systematically carry out long-term development, and finally realize that the operation of the enterprise is driven by the data system of Jiexing Technology, and the operator only needs to complete the corresponding instructions.
