In order to focus on the shortcomings of urban management, actively practice "I do practical things for the masses", and effectively solve the most concerned, realistic and direct problems of the public, Songnan Town, Baoshan District, vigorously implements the key rectification work in areas with weak appearance.
There is a temporary garbage box at the entrance and exit of Jiangyang New Village, which has been open to the public for a long time, so it has become a frequent point for the problem of stealing garbage at night. Every day, the city appearance operation team has to spend a lot of manpower and material resources to clean up the exposed garbage.
In response to this problem, the town urban construction center took the lead in setting up a special work class, combined dredging and blocking, and adopted a series of measures.
The first is to increase the number of timed delivery points. In order to strengthen the management of the domestic garbage of surrounding residents, the town urban construction center took the lead in coordinating COSCO Chemical, Changyi Neighborhood Committee and Sitang Property, and added a regular classification and release point for internal residents in Jiangyang New Village.
The second is to optimize facilities and equipment. The town urban construction center, together with the town project office and the town's third-party garbage classification service guidance personnel, intercepted the sewage pipes and configured the equipment for the new drop-off points. At the same time, set up commissioners for daily cleaning and maintenance to create a good environment for garbage classification facilities.
The third is to demolish the temporary box at the intersection. After the new release point was put into use, the town urban construction center immediately organized personnel to demolish the temporary box at the intersection, and implemented road surface repair and greening replanting to improve the appearance of the city environment.
The fourth is to strengthen law enforcement control and control. After the demolition of the box, the town chengguan squadron and the team of the sanitation company jointly carried out law enforcement actions such as fixed points and investigation and punishment of theft, so as to put an end to illegal theft and other behaviors. The town urban construction center actively promotes the normalization of the supervision and assessment system of garbage drop-off points to ensure that garbage classification is effectively implemented.
Fifth, strengthen greening maintenance. The town urban construction center takes the lead and coordinates the greening company to strengthen the maintenance and management of green plants in key remediation areas, regularly inspects the green plants on both sides of the road, and cleans up weeds, dry branches and dead seedlings in a timely manner.
Through this series of rectification measures, the difficult problem of exposing garbage at the intersection of Jiangyang New Village was solved, and the appearance of the regional urban environment was effectively improved, which was unanimously praised by the surrounding residents.
