The project involves 131 mu of land, the amount of compensation is 460 million yuan, and the land types expropriated are rural roads, pit pond water surfaces, ditches, industrial and mining storage land (industrial land), public management and public service land (science and education land, parks and green areas), street and alley land, and hydraulic construction land, and the expropriation does not involve residential land.
In April last year, the third phase of the village shed resettlement housing project between the two gardens in Haidian District was approved by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the construction site of the project is Northwest Wang Town, Haidian District, the total investment is estimated at 156879 million yuan, the project is limited to the targeted resettlement of farmers (residents) who have been demolished in Hangjiatun Village, Fuyuanmen Village and Erhekai Village, and cannot be sold to the outside world.
According to the approval information, it was agreed that Beijing Haikai Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. would implement the third phase of the project of resettlement housing in the village between the two parks. Construction site: Northwest Wang Town, Haidian District.
The total planned land area is 87,716 square meters, of which 71,198 square meters are planned for construction, 8,041 square meters are used for road land, and 8,477 square meters are used for green land. The control scale of the building is 155136 square meters (excluding the underground area), and the construction content is residential and residential public service facilities.
The total investment of the project is estimated at 156879 million yuan, and all the required funds are raised by Beijing Haikai Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. The project is limited to the targeted resettlement of peasants (residents) in Hangjiatun Village, Fuyuanmen Village and Erhekai Village, and may not be sold to the outside world. The remaining housing resources are included in the affordable housing management system, and after completion, they are handed over to the relevant management departments for unified management and use.
According to previous public information, the shantytown resettlement housing project between the two parks is located in the Tangjialing area, with a total construction scale of about 600,000 square meters and an area of about 41 hectares, which is planned to be divided into three phases.
In addition to the East Water Mill and the West Water Mill, Haidian Town also has 6 areas to be demolished and receded in Hangjiatun, Fuyuanmen, Erhekai, Saoziying, Dongsi Tomb and Dayouzhuang. Some of the vacated residents will be relocated to the shantytown resettlement housing project between the two gardens in the Tangjialing area of Northwest Wang Town.
The total construction scale of the project is about 600,000 square meters, covering an area of about 41 hectares, and it is planned to be completed in three phases. The resettlement housing of the "Three Mountains and Five Gardens" area (East and West Water Mill) renovation project is the first and second phases of the shed resettlement house between the two gardens. Among them, the first phase of the resettlement housing Wanhe Jiayuan Community has been delivered for use. The second phase of the shed resettlement house is under construction and is expected to be delivered in 2022.

In order to realize the Beijing Urban Master Plan (2016-2035) and the Haidian Zoning Plan (Land Spatial Planning) (2017-2035), in accordance with the Provisions of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Implementation of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, and after the study and decision of the People's Government of Haidian District of Beijing Municipality, a pre-announcement of land expropriation is hereby issued:
1. The scope of the land to be expropriated
The land to be expropriated is located in Xiyuhe Village and Queendian Village in Northwest Wang Town. Proposed expropriation of four to the range: east to Yongfeng East Ring Road North YanYongzhong, south to Queen Dian Middle Street Yongzhong, west to F1 plot, north to Yuhe South Road Yongzhong.
2. The purpose of expropriation of land
According to the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission's "Reply on the Approval and Extension of the First-class Development Group (F2 Plot) Project of Yongfeng Industrial Base (New) 4-1 Block in Haidian District" (Jingfa Reform (Nuclear) (2021) No. 139), the land to be expropriated will be used to implement the construction of the First-class Development Group (F2 Plot) project of Yongfeng Industrial Base (New) 4-1 Block in Haidian District.
3. Carry out land survey arrangements
In the near future, the investigation of the current situation of the land to be expropriated has been carried out, and relevant units and individuals are invited to actively cooperate.
4. Other matters
On the date of the promulgation of this announcement, no unit or individual may rush to plant and rush to build within the scope of the land to be expropriated; where the provisions are violated, no compensation will be given to the part of the rush to plant and rush to build.
This announcement will be posted from February 7, 2022 to February 18, 2022 at the Government of Northwest Wang Town, Xiyuhe Village and Queen's Dian Village, where the land to be expropriated is located.
