Dismantling essentials of the rotary blower host:

A. Remove the belt cover and belt.

B. Loosen the fixing bolt of the end cap printed on the side marked by the HC.

C. Bolt into the two threaded holes on the end cap and remove the end cap.

D. Remove the V-pulley from the shaft.

E. Loosen the fixing bolt of the V-pulley end cover and remove the end cover. Note: When disassembling the host, pay attention not to touch the parts, and the parts that are removed should be carefully placed.

2. Repair of the fan main engine

After decomposing the main machine, use fine sandpaper or oil stone to polish the rotor, cylinder block, end cap, blade, ring and other parts where there are wounds or rust. Dry with cleaning oil or gasoline (be careful not to touch the parts) and reassemble them. The initial burn loss of mixed human debris and other faults can be repaired by the above methods, and when the bearings, oil seals, etc. are damaged, they need to be replaced. Also - be sure to replace the O-ring. 3. The assembly essentials of the fan main engine

A. Place the end cap with the shaft hole on the assembly table.

B. Place the pulley of the rotor shaft on the end cap side-facing down. C. Load the spring ejector into the rotor shaft (above HC-60S). D. Load the blades into the rotor slot.

E. Put on the cylinder block (note that the position of the air outlet is on the side of the rotor near the cylinder bore)

F. Put in a branch ring (HC--501S or less).

G. Mounting bearings.

H. EO type ring.

I. Attach the other end cover and secure the bolts.

J. Turn the cylinder block over and remove the end cap on this side of the pulley.

K. Put into a branch ring (HC-501S or less).

L. Mounting of bearings and O-rings.

M. Stand up the main unit, put the other - side end cover on the positioning pin, tighten all the bolts.

N. Pour a small amount of lubricating oil into the air inlet, fix the pulley on the rotating shaft, rotate the pulley by hand at the same time, use a mallet or rubber hammer to gently beat the stronger rib part of the end cover, so that the rotor shaft can rotate flexibly
