Thailand's National Housing Authority has an important mission to develop housing for low- and middle-income residents throughout Thailand. Since the beginning of the Covid-19 virus outbreak, vulnerable groups in society have been greatly affected. The outbreak is still spreading, especially as the virus transitions to a new wave of the Omicron variant, which has led to a continued increase in the number of infections, which may have a new impact on people's incomes and occupations, and seriously affect families who want to buy a home.

Thailand's National Housing Authority currently offers the Low-Income Housing Development Loan Scheme as an important "financial tool" to help NATIONAL HOUSING Authority customers buy a house. However, if the credit approval of the financial institution is not passed, the loan can be applied for through the above projects, and there will be a mortgage management committee. The duration of the contract is 40 years old, and the eligible person is not more than 70 years old, effective from January 1 to September 30, 2022.

Throughout the past, Thailand's National Housing Authority has continuously adjusted the rental standards and conditions of housing development loans for low-income earners. Accurately connect low-income groups and vulnerable groups to solve the problem of poor credit. This includes a special interest rate of only 1.5% for the first 4 years for the average client, and the expansion of the disadvantaged concession to only 1.5% in the first 5 years to reduce the cost burden on low-income and disadvantaged groups, enabling them to have a more accessible housing in the event of the continued spread of COVID-19. The measure is currently of great help to vulnerable groups.
