In accordance with the provisions of the Announcement of the Physician Qualification Examination Committee of the National Health Commission (No. 3 [2021]) and the Announcement of the Hunan Provincial Health Commission (No. 3 of 2021), in accordance with the unified arrangements of the National and Hunan Provincial Health Commissions, the following announcements are hereby made on matters related to the work of the 2022 Physician Qualification Examination in Yongzhou City:
1. Examination registration
(1) Online registration
1. The online registration time is from January 12, 2022 to January 25, 2022 at 24:00, please register for the 2022 Physician Qualification Examination candidates in accordance with the requirements of this announcement, log on to the national medical examination center website (http://www.nmec.org.cn) to register online in a timely manner, and truthfully fill in personal information.
2． Candidates who take the practical skills examination in the National Practical Skills Examination Base (Clinical, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Public Health, Stomatology Category) in 2021 and pass the comprehensive medical examination may not take the 2022 Practical Skills Examination, but still need to register online and review on the spot. After the end of the 2022 Practical Skills Examination, the registration fee for the Comprehensive Medical Examination shall be paid on time before the Comprehensive Medical Examination can be taken.
3. In 2022, our province will continue to implement online application qualification review. Candidates are also required to upload relevant materials while registering online: (1) valid identification, (2) graduation certificate, and (3) academic qualifications. Please upload the electronic filing form or academic qualification certification report of the Ministry of Education's academic certificate; (4) "Probationary Period Assessment Certificate" If multiple units are involved during the probationary period, you need to upload the assessment certificate of multiple units; (5) "Medical Institution Practice License" Please upload a copy of the medical institution practice license (with the official seal of the unit) ;(6) Assistant physicians applying for the examination of practicing physicians must upload the "Qualification Certificate of Practicing Assistant Physicians", "Practicing Assistant Physician Practice Certificate", "Practicing Assistant Physician Application for Practicing Physician Practice Period Assessment Certificate" ;(7) Fresh graduates must upload the "Commitment letter for the Medical Doctor Qualification Examination for Fresh Medical Graduates" ;(8) "Notice of Successful Online Registration for the Physician Qualification Examination".
4. Yongzhou Test Center only accepts candidates whose household registration or work (probationary) unit belongs to yongzhou jurisdiction to register at this test center.
5. All active military personnel, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, and foreign candidates in the province are registered at the provincial direct examination center.
6. Applicants for standardized training for resident physicians shall register in the residential training unit.
(2) Methods of on-site review
The on-site audit shall be carried out by the county and urban health bureau or the municipal medical and health unit, and the candidates who have successfully registered online shall collect and preliminarily review the registration materials, and then submit it to the municipal examination center office at a unified time, and the municipal examination center office will conduct centralized review and confirmation. For specific matters, please consult the Municipal Examination Center Office (TCM Category: 0746-8426441, Western Medicine Category: 0746-8426445) and each registration point (see Appendix 2).
1. Where the probationary unit is a municipal medical and health unit, the candidate will submit the registration information to the medical department (medical department) of the medical and health unit where he works;
2. Where the probationary unit is a public medical institution of the second level or above in the county and urban areas, the candidate submits the registration materials to the medical department (medical affairs department) of the unit where he works, and the medical department (medical affairs department) submits the candidate's registration information to the medical administration and medical management unit of the county and urban health bureau;
3. Where the probationary unit is a private medical institution, an individual clinic, a township health center (community service center) and a village clinic in the county and urban areas, in accordance with the principle of territorial management, the candidates will submit the registration materials to the medical administration and medical management unit of the county and urban health bureau;
4. If the probationary institution is a foreign city or another province, the candidate will submit the registration materials to the Medical Administration and Medical Management Unit of the Health and Health Bureau of the county and urban area where the household registration is registered.
(3) The time for candidates to submit their documents
Submission period: 7 February to 11 February.
Note: When candidates submit materials, they must consciously obey the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, wear masks throughout the process, have normal body temperature detection, and the health code and itinerary code in the health card of Hunan Residents are green codes before they can enter the audit site. Those who enter the province within 14 days are required to provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Candidates shall, in accordance with the arrangements of each registration point, bring the relevant registration materials to the relevant county and municipal health bureau or the municipal medical and health unit within the specified time for submission and preliminary examination.
(4) Documents to be submitted by candidates (refers to all candidates applying for the examination)
1. Notice of Successful Online Registration for Physician Qualification Examination;
2. The original and copy of your valid ID card (expired, temporary ID card is invalid);
3. Original and copy of graduation certificate;
4. China Higher Education Student Information Network "Academic Certificate Electronic Registration Filing Form" or academic qualification certification report;
5. "Examination Certificate of the Probationary Period of the Physician Qualification Examination" or "Examination Certificate of the Practicing Assistant Physician Applying for the Practice Period of the Practicing Physician". If multiple units are involved during the probationary period, multiple units must issue certificates at the same time, one copy for each unit (after filling in, the official seal of the unit and the signature of the legal person must be affixed);
6. A copy of the copy of the "Medical Institution Practice License" (with the official seal of the unit);
7.1 small two-inch frontal color ID photo without a white background (must be consistent with the photo uploaded in the online newspaper);
8. Where a practicing assistant physician declares a practicing physician, the original and copy of the "Practicing Assistant Physician Qualification Certificate", the "Practicing Assistant Physician Practice Certificate", and the "Examination Certificate for the Practice of Practicing Assistant Physicians applying for the practice period of practicing physicians" are required, and if there is an inter-provincial change in the process of practicing registration, resulting in the registration time not meeting the application period, the first practice registration certificate must be provided;
9. Candidates who have inherited or have expertise in traditional medicine are required to submit the original and copy of the certificate of traditional medicine or the certificate of expertise in traditional medicine;
10. When applying for a fresh medical major, in addition to submitting the certificate of passing the previous probationary period assessment, the "Commitment letter for the Qualification Examination for The Medical Doctor Qualification Examination for Fresh Medical Graduates" should also be submitted.
Candidates are requested to sort out the registration materials in the following order, and use dovetail clips respectively: (1) all originals (including ID cards, graduation certificates, academic certifications, assistant qualification certificates, assistant practice certificates) ;(2) probationary period assessment certificates; (3) copies of ID cards; (4) copies of graduation certificates; (5) copies of assistant qualification certificates and practicing certificates; (6) academic certificates; (7) copies of medical institution practice licenses; (8) online registration success notices.
2. Practical skills examination
The national examination times are as follows:
The passing score line for the Practical Skills Exam is 60 points.
In 2022, candidates applying for the clinical, traditional Chinese medicine (including all majors), stomatology, and public health categories will participate in the practical skills examination of the physician qualification examination at the National Practical Skills Examination Base (see the admission ticket for the specific examination address), and the results will be valid for 2 years; candidates who apply for the rural general practice assistant physician, those who participate in the physician qualification examination Practice Skills Examination, the results are valid for the year.
3. Comprehensive medical examination
In 2022, the comprehensive medical examination of the physician qualification examination in our province is a computerized examination. The specific times are as follows:

Except for ethnic minority medicine majors in the category of traditional Chinese medicine, the passing score line for practicing physicians is 360 points, and the passing score line for practicing assistant physicians is 180 points.
4. Matters related to application
(1) Application requirements. Candidates who meet the Requirements for Registration qualifications for the Physician Qualification Examination (2014 Edition) (see Document No. 11 of the National Health And Medical Examination for details) can register for the National Physician Qualification Examination. If the graduation certificate is lost, the graduation certificate, student status file or china higher education student information network inquiry report can be provided.
(2) Candidates with technical secondary school degrees apply for the examination. Candidates who hold a secondary school graduation certificate can inquire about their academic qualifications online, and during the on-site audit, the examination center verifies the authenticity of their academic qualifications online; candidates who cannot pass the network inspection need to submit the original academic qualification certification report issued by the provincial education administrative department where the graduation school is located or the candidate's student status file. If the above supporting materials cannot be provided, they will not be accepted during the on-site audit.
(3) Assistant physicians applying for the examination of practicing physicians. Those who have a medical college degree from a college or university, who have obtained a practicing assistant physician practice certificate and have worked in medical, preventive and health care institutions for two years, and those who have a medical professional degree in secondary professional schools and have worked in medical, preventive and health care institutions for five years, can participate in the qualification examination for practicing physicians.
(4) Apply for the examination of rural doctors. Rural doctors who meet the relevant conditions specified in the Regulations on The Qualifications for Registration for the Physician Qualification Examination (2014 Edition) and work in the village clinic (except for the community health service center) may register for the qualification examination for practicing assistant physicians.
(5) Teachers and personnel with real expertise apply for the examination. Those who have obtained the certificate of teacher commitment and real professional personnel in our province before April 20, 2021 can register for the qualification examination for practicing assistant physicians of the same category.
(6) Short-term medical examination and examination. Candidates for the probationary position of practicing physician must be pre-hospital emergency and pediatric professional positions. Practicing assistant physicians applying for practicing physicians, the scope of practice of the registration certificate must be pre-hospital emergency and pediatric majors, in order to apply for the short-term medical examination.
Candidates are required to provide truthful information when registering and uploading their registration materials. If false materials are found to be registered during the on-site audit and examination area review, the examination area will strictly follow the "Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Violations of the Physician Qualification Examination (2014 Edition)".
5. Other matters
(1) The syllabus of all categories of examinations remains unchanged. Candidates who registered for the 2022 Physician Qualification Examination at the Yongzhou Examination Center should pay attention to the WeChat public account of the Medical Examination Center of the Hunan Provincial Health Commission (see Annex 1), the official website of the Yongzhou Municipal Health Commission and the WeChat public account of the New Yongzhou Health Commission to obtain the relevant information of the examination in a timely manner.
(2) The provincial physician qualification examination will continue to implement online payment of examination registration fees. The online payment period for candidates who have passed the on-site qualification review is from 8:00 on March 2, 2022 to 24:00 on March 20, 2022. Candidates of all categories can check their results on the Hunan Medical Examination Online three days after the end of the Practical Skills Examination, and those who pass the test should pay the registration fee for the Comprehensive Medical Examination online. Candidates who are exempted from the practical skills examination should also pay the registration fee for the comprehensive medical examination in accordance with the corresponding standards. For specific payment matters, please pay attention to the Hunan Medical Examination Network and the WeChat public account of the Medical Examination Center of Hunan Health Commission in time.
