Li Xugang's artistic resume

He is currently the vice chairman of the China Calligraphy and Painting Celebrity Association, the vice president of The Huang Binhong Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute, the copyright holder of "Longmei", a member of the Anhui Beauty Association, and a national first-class artist.
Li Xugang has been obsessed with painting since childhood, and under the guidance of his art teacher in his adolescence, he systematically learned the theory and techniques of Western painting and Chinese painting. In the 1960s and 1970s, he worked in the propaganda department (painting studio), and then entered the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University for further study.
Mr. Li Xugang is good at painting flowers and birds, especially plum bamboo. Decades of cold and summer, eclectic from ancient and modern. The composition of the work is meticulous, the artistic conception is empty, and the style is independent. As the veteran art critic said: "Admiring the paintings of teacher Li Xugang is thought-provoking and fascinating." Smart, stretchy, big, old and spicy This is the first feeling. However, in the appearance of "stillness", there is a warm, unrestrained "writing of the heart"; in the form of "moving", there is a resolute, tenacious wind bone. The beauty of this kind of writing is not a closed door, but a description of the figurative expression of the spiritual state of the unity of heaven and man. The ideological and aesthetic qualities expressed in his creations complement each other and are interesting to each other.
His works won the gold medal in the Chinese painting category of the "Global Chinese Chenis Calligraphy and Art Competition"; the fan-faced works won the second prize at the national level; Li Xugang's "Long Mei" is a landmark masterpiece dedicated to the Beijing Olympic Games, which was included in the long volume of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and published in the special issue 12 (Collector's Edition) of the "Beijing 2008 Olympic Games".
