On January 14, 2022, the "Jingxiang Departure - Women's Flexible Employment Creation Plan" - "Workshop", funded by the special fund for the development of social organizations in Jing'an District and guided by the Jing'an District Women's Federation, was launched as planned. Eighteen entrepreneurial women participated in the day's event through online connection.

This training course is tailored to the needs of women who have lost their careers, and the instructors are both theoretical and practical experience, helping women to improve their cognition and alleviate anxiety.

Before the event, Xin Minjie, deputy director of Shanghai Haiyun Women's Entrepreneurship and Employment Guidance Service Center, introduced the project of "Quiet Departure - Women's Flexible Employment Creation Plan" and its related activities to the participants. Then, Kuang Jing instructors brought the trainees the "Workshop on Storing Positive Emotional Energy for the New Departure".

Teacher Kuang first helps students deepen their cognition and understanding of positive emotions, using groups and other ways to teach and guide students to express positive emotions from multiple angles such as "taste practice", "three good things", "my exercise plan list", "give yourself a letter of thanks", etc., and deepen the recording and taste of positive emotions, so as to achieve stress relief and emotional improvement.

1. Taste practice

"Enjoying positive emotions can be divided into four steps, the first is to focus on positive feelings and enjoy positive emotions wholeheartedly; the second step is to leave souvenirs; the third step is self-affirmation, and the fourth step is to share with others." Under the guidance of Teacher Kuang, the students recalled their happy things, and the students did not shy away from performing a hand dish for everyone, and the online meeting was suddenly full of joyful atmosphere.

2. Three good things

Under the guidance of Teacher Kuang, the students dug out three good things today: "My baby is particularly well-behaved today...", "My entrepreneurial team is particularly capable today!" "I had a particularly delicious cup of coffee today. ”...... Even across the web, students enthusiastically interact with their mentors and share their positive emotions with everyone.

3. My workout plan list

When it comes to exercise, Mr. Kuang reminds students of the harm of "lying flat" with the experiment of foreign scientists: let healthy young people lie in bed for 9 consecutive days, their heart circulation system and respiratory system and metabolism work ability drop by an average of 21%, and the volume of the heart is reduced by 10%. So how do you take the first step towards exercise? Teacher Kuang put forward a list of exercises: 1, exercise goals; 2, supervisors; 3, rewards after completion.

4. Give yourself a thank-you letter

Gratitude has a correlation coefficient of 0.3% with health, and gratitude is a great way to create positive emotions and a good medicine to make people healthier. Listen to the thank-you letters from outstanding students.

At the end of the course, Mr. Kuang assigned an assignment to the students present: completing their positive emotional files.

"The brain's response to bad stimuli is stronger than that of good stimuli, and the traces left are deeper" Teacher Kuang stressed: We need to take the initiative to store our own positive emotions and establish our own positive files, so that we can get happiness, keep ourselves optimistic, and alleviate anxiety.
