Recently, at the Fifth China Textile Intangible Cultural Heritage Conference held in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, the Decision on Releasing the Results of the Selection of Chinese Textile Intangible Cultural Heritage Miao Embroidery Promotion Ambassadors was issued, and Wang Qiping and 11 other people were awarded the honorary title of "China Textile Intangible Cultural Heritage Miao Embroidery Promotion Ambassador". Among them, Teng Jingrong, a member of the Democratic League of our state, is among them, and is also the only candidate in Hunan Province.
Teng Jingrong is the representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage project "Miao Picking Flowers", the general manager of Xiangxi Jingjing Culture Co., Ltd., an external professor of the Jiangsu Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Base, a member of the Youth Committee of the China Arts and Crafts Association, and has successively won the honorary titles of Xiangxi Outstanding Craftsman, Hunan May Day Labor Medal, Hunan Provincial Technical Expert, Hunan Provincial Youth Post Expert, etc. With more than 20 years of experience and superb embroidery skills, she stood out from hundreds of people and was successfully elected.
