Every time I think of Huang Jiaju, I feel a little sad.
What a great singer he is.

Among the Chinese bands, there is no band more distinctive than Beyond, and Huang Jiaju is the soul of the band.
On June 24, 1993, Huang Jiaju was accidentally injured while participating in a variety show in Japan, and died on June 30 after six days in the hospital, at the age of 31.
If he lives to this day, he should also be the old predecessor of "Andy Lau".
Most of the artists of that generation lived quite hard when they were young, and they were willing to fight hard from the artistic road, and it was not easy to expand after becoming famous, and most of them had real materials.
Wong Ka-koo was born in 1962 to a working-age family in Hong Kong, the fourth in line, with an older brother and two older sisters, and Wong Ka-keung is his younger brother.

In the '80s, he finally won his chance. Introduced by the owner of a piano shop, he met Ye Shirong and formed a band.
In 1983, the band was officially formed, and they began to write their own songs and run their own underground concerts. When they released the tape "Goodbye Ideal", they still paid for it themselves.
It was not until 1988 and 1989 that Beyond became popular on both sides of the taiwan strait with a song called "Really Love You".
However, after only four or five years of fire, Huang Jiaju died.
It is said that Huang Jiaju has a total of three girlfriends.
In the student stage, he had a first love, but then he wanted to pursue his musical dreams and felt that he could not give the other party the life he wanted, so he broke up.
The second girlfriend, Lin Chuqi, is a well-known singer-songwriter in the circle, and he is also the one who supported Huang Jiaju in the stage before he became famous, and also wrote lyrics for Huang Jiaju.
It is said that the Huang family did not like her very much, so the relationship between the two has not been made public.
At Huang Jiaju's funeral, she showed excitement and went to the vigil. She vented her sadness and tearfully asked Huang Jiaju why he left so early, leaving her alone.
However, she was expelled by the Huang family, who believed that Lin Chuqi was clearly acting in a sorry manner and disturbing the peace of the deceased, because the two had been separated for a long time.
Later, she presented herself as Huang Jiaju's "undead" and said that Huang Jiaju had proposed marriage to him, but was accused by the media and fans that she was consuming the deceased.
Later, Lin Chuqi retreated into the background. In an interview in 2010, everyone learned that she had been single, but she denied that she had never married Huang Jiaju for the rest of her life, saying only that it was her decision.

In the 1990s, a few years after the "reform", people's thinking had just been liberated from the confinement of "great unification", many people were at a loss in the face of the conflict between reality and ideals, and the younger generation did not have a clear goal of struggle and did not have too heavy realistic pressure (housing prices did not rise at that time), so spiritual leaders were particularly needed.
Gu Cheng, Kitajima, Haizi, etc. can write poetry, and Moyan Sanjie and others can sing, and they have become idols of young people.
The songs of Hong Kong and Taiwan singers such as Teresa Teng are popular on the mainland and loved by the whole people, but how can young people be like the public?
They use endless time, endless energy, endless passion and dreams, endless personality, and of course, they have to be different, so they choose rock, rock and roll also choose them.
The songs of some national singers in the 90s were really quite artistic (the lyrics sung by pg one now are written by uncultured people at first glance).
Take Beyond's (Hong Kong is also part of the motherland), whether it is melody or lyrics, no one has surpassed it so far. I reckon that some of the lyrics will most likely be put aside until now.
It was an era of barbaric growth, an era of countless lonely and confused souls with nowhere to rest, an era when young people were initially able to manifest their freedom and blossom their individuality.
The youth of young people is short-lived. Such an era is also short-lived. Subsequently, the tide of the market economy rolled in, and people tasted the sweetness from the "reform" and rushed to the money.
