But in life, he was an "otaku" who stayed at home for many years and wrote alone, with almost no friends, and his parents did not worry less about it.

However, all this is quietly changing. In November 2020, Luo Wenfei and five young online writers from his hometown initiated, with the support of the Propaganda Department of the Xiangyang Municipal Party Committee, the United Front Work Department of the Xiangyang Municipal Party Committee, the Youth League Municipal Committee, the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles and other units, held the first China Xiangyang Da NangShan Network Literature Award Ceremony and the Young Internet Writers' Era Responsibility and Mission Theme Exchange Meeting, inviting more than 150 internet writers from Guangxi, Sichuan, Shanxi and other places to exchange on the same stage, so that the national Network Writers can focus on his hometown.

The search for emerging youth seeds requires casting a wide net, and the "Spring Sowing Project" has begun. The Xiangyang Municipal Party Committee actively communicated with the civil affairs department to find new and registered local youth groups. It is recommended that young people of the new class participate in special training courses such as "Youth Society Academy", "Partnership Program" and "Youth Society Project", and hold the "Youth Federation Lecture Hall" in Xiangyang City to gather the ideological consensus of young people of the new class.

With the help of the Xiangyang Communist Youth League, in 2018, he and more than 80 local network writers in Xiangyang jointly initiated the establishment of the Xiangyang Internet Literature Society, and was elected as the vice president. Members of the Society have signed more than 400 works on various websites, bringing together a strong network influence.

Strengthen the construction of the position, strengthen the linkage of emerging youth, and the Xiangyang Municipal Party Committee of the Youth League launched the "Autumn Harvest Project" in a timely manner. By relying on the Xiangyang Youth Activity Center, integrating and optimizing social resources, creating an incubation center of 1,000 square meters, cultivating and serving youth social organizations, the first batch of 10 youth social organizations were settled and cultivated.

At present, literary youth Luo Wenfei is embarking on the background of his hometown Hanjiang and combining the experience of the Xiangyang public security police in solving cases to create a detective online novel "Hanshui Ghost Case Record". He also convened members of the Xiangyang Internet Literature Society and planned to create 100 xiangyang real stories in 10 years. "We must pass on the culture of our hometown and let more young people fall in love with Xiangyang."
